Your SMWS client area is where you manage your hosting, domains, billing, and support in one place. This article shows you how to log in and what to do if you cannot access your account.
Steps to log in

Visit the SMWS client area login page.

Enter the email address you used when you signed up.

Enter your password.

Click Login.
Once logged in, you will be able to view your services, invoices, support tickets, and account details.
If you forgot your password

Go to the client area login page.

Click the Forgot Password link.

Enter your email address.
-
Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
If you cannot log in
Check these common issues first:

Make sure you are using the same email address used when your account was created

Double check that your password is entered correctly

Make sure caps lock is not turned on
-
Try resetting your password if needed
What you can do in the client area
After logging in, you can:

View and manage your hosting services
-
Check invoices and make payments
-
Open and review support tickets
-
Access cPanel for active hosting accounts

Update your contact and account information

If you recently became a customer and have not set your password yet, look for your welcome email and follow the setup instructions there first.
