You can create a custom email address for your domain through your hosting account. This lets you use addresses like info@yourdomain.com or support@yourdomain.com for your business or website.
Before you begin
Make sure:

Your hosting account is active

Your domain is connected to your hosting account

Your domain’s email DNS settings are pointed correctly

You can access cPanel
Steps to create an email address

Log in to your SMWS client area.

Open your hosting service.
-
Click Login to cPanel.

Find and open the Email Accounts section.

Click Create or Add Email Account.

Choose the domain you want to use.

Enter the email address name, such as
infoorsales. -
Create a secure password or use the password generator.

Set the mailbox storage limit if needed.

Save the new email account.
After your email account is created
Once the account is set up, you can usually:

Access webmail

Connect the email account to your phone or computer

Send and receive email using your domain

Reset the mailbox password later if needed

If your email does not work right away, review:

Whether your domain is fully connected

Whether email DNS records are correct

Whether DNS propagation is still in progress

Whether you entered the correct password when logging in

Creating an email account in cPanel does not always mean email will work instantly. If your domain or email DNS settings were recently changed, it may take time for everything to begin working correctly.
