How to Access Your cPanel Account

Your cPanel account gives you access to your website hosting tools, including files, email accounts, databases, and WordPress tools.

Steps to access cPanel

  1. Log in to your SMWS client area.

  2. Go to Services and select your hosting plan.

  3. Click the Login to cPanel button.

  4. You will be automatically logged into your hosting dashboard.

If you cannot access cPanel

  • Make sure your hosting service is active

  • Make sure you are logged into the correct client account

  • Try again from the service details page in your client area

Notes

If your domain is still being connected or DNS is still updating, cPanel access should still work through your client area even if the website is not live yet.
